1. General Information 

At Adhikam, we are committed to the timely and efficient distribution of your orders. Please review this Shipping Policy comprehensively to understand our fulfillment and logistical procedures. By finalizing a purchase, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

2. Shipping Process 

- Order Processing: Orders are initiated for fulfillment within one (1) hour following payment verification. Orders submitted during weekends or observed public holidays shall be processed on the subsequent business day. 

- Custom Orders: Fulfillment timelines for custom-made or made-to-order products are subject to variation. 

- Standard Shipping: Expected delivery occurs within forty-eight (48) hours. Please note that delivery windows may fluctuate based on geographic location, prevailing weather conditions, and carrier-related delays. 

3. Shipping Charges 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the designated delivery Pin Code. The final shipping expenditure will be calculated and disclosed during the checkout process. Supplemental surcharges may be applied to deliveries destined for remote or restricted-access locations. 

4. Damaged Packages 

In the event that a shipment arrives in a compromised condition, the recipient must notify Adhikam within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate a resolution. We are committed to collaborating with you to rectify such occurrences.

5. Address Errors 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide exhaustive and accurate shipping details at the point of purchase. Adhikam assumes no liability for orders dispatched to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

In such instances, the customer may incur additional charges for re-shipment. Should you identify an error in your shipping information, please notify us immediately. We will execute reasonable efforts to update the destination address, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once a shipment is in transit, we may be unable to facilitate any modifications to the delivery address.
